Sorry, just to make it clearer: the talk would be on March 16th, the seminar on the 17th. Or, perhaps another option would be to have both on the 17th.

Hi David, everyone,
This is great!!
Unfortunately, I can be here only one week at most. For all sorts of reasons I'm obligated to be here the first week of March, regrettably.
Can we plan two sessions:
Working Experiment Group <memory-place@concordia.ca>
Wednesday March 3, (late afternoon?)
To show and work with whatever has been built in February, and plan the protocols (site, staging, who, time, how , followups etc.) for the next experiment.
Casey Seminar
Wednesday March 17
When you and Casey agree on the date, let's notify to the superset list Memory Seminar <mp-seminar@concordia.ca>, since Casey's visit will be of interest to the whole seminar.
Other news:
Mazi (thanks, Navid) confirmed he'll be joining us Friday Feb 5 with his binaural gear, and the (lo-fi) glasses. Hurrah! Will someone please email Mazi the project document / readings and project archive URL?
Zohar agreed to be the point person for the construction of the experimental apparatus -- the assembly of the elements, keeping track of the design, and getting the consultants together. Working with Zohar on the technical side, we'll have consulting from Navid & Tim re. sound, JS re. video / set, Harry re. lighting & experimental phenomenology.
Cheers,
Xin Wei

I’m working on finalizing a schedule for Ed Casey’s visit. So far, it looks like he might be coming Tuesday, March 16, giving a talk on that day 4-6, and then have a seminar with our group the next day, Wednesday, mid-day.
Probably we won’t have much flexibility here, but I just wanted to find out if Wednesday was workable for a seminar.

Dear All,
It was a productive meeting.
Thanks to JS for setting up the display on the table.
Discussion veered into modifying the senses using binaural microphones + earbuds and radio transmitters/receivers for audio; and HMD's with analogous transfer of visual field from one person to another in the same event. Or delay.
I believe the next MP working session will be on Friday Feb 5, 6 PM, in the TML.
Please correct !
I've emailed Mazi about his binaural gear. (and HMD's?)
We agreed to summarize our recollections of the discussion to this list.
We should summarize that to the MP WIKI that I believe Elena established:
You should all be registered to the TML WIKI for this.
Elena or Zohar would you please update the memory-place@concordia and WIKI lists to make sure that
Zohar,
Navid,
Tim,
Tristana Martin Rubio <tristanamartinrubio@trentu.ca>,
Noah Moss Brender <noahmb@gmail.com>,
Ms Shiloh Whitney <shiloh.whitney@mail.mcgill.ca>,
Donald Jack Beith <don.beith@mail.mcgill.ca>
are subscribed?
Compliments!
